Any information you provide in the request, including your e-mail address, is treated as confidential and is never shared with anyone. When using support form in the app, you can choose to turn on diagnostic information switch. It sends us a detailed description of your home configuration that can be necessary for resolving problems. We only use this information to provide support and do not share it with anyone.
